Our birch plywood is supplied by an FSC®-certified mill and meets CARB Phase 2 / TSCA Title VI limits for formaldehyde emissions; certificates are held on file. The mirrors use a shatter-resistant acrylic (PMMA) face rather than glass — it won't shatter into sharp pieces, though like any acrylic it can scratch or crack under a hard enough impact. In plain terms: the safe, honest kind of materials.

Is the finish safe for babies?
Yes. We use a water-based, non-toxic UV print and hand-sand every edge, with little hands in mind.
What exactly is it made of?
Real birch plywood — a warm, lightweight hardwood — finished with a durable water-based print.
Are the materials sustainable?
Our birch comes from an FSC®-certified supplier sourcing from responsibly managed forests, and pieces are made to be kept, not thrown away.
How do I clean it?
Dust with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid soaking it or prolonged direct moisture.
