Shipping policy

We ship to all 50 US states from our workshop in Warsaw, Poland. This policy forms part of our Terms of service.

Rates

Free shipping on orders over $49.
Orders below $49 ship for a flat $5.90.
Rates are shown in US dollars and confirmed at checkout before you pay.

Making and dispatch

Every piece is made to order. Your order usually leaves the workshop within 3–5 business days. During busy periods, or if your order includes a personalised piece, it can take a little longer — we will tell you if it does.

Delivery

Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days after dispatch, so most orders arrive within 8–12 business days of being placed.
Delivery estimates are indicative, not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather and customs inspection can add time.
You will receive an order confirmation, and tracking details by email once your scene is on its way.
We deliver to residential and business addresses, including PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses where the carrier allows it.

Duties and customs

We cover all duties and import fees, so there is nothing to pay on delivery — and nothing to pay if you return an item. The price you see at checkout, plus any sales tax shown there, is the total cost of your order.

Wrong or incomplete addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you and can resend it once you cover the reshipping cost. If you spot a mistake before dispatch, email us straight away and we will correct it free of charge.

Lost or delayed parcels

If tracking has not moved for 10 business days, or your parcel is marked delivered but has not arrived, email contact@birchnook.com with your order number. We will open an investigation with the carrier and either resend your order or refund you in full.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it free of charge. See our Return and refund policy for the full process.

Outside the United States

We do not currently ship outside the United States. More regions are coming — join our list to hear first.
